Ciara began her career by attending the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance in 2013. She then went on to complete an MBA in Financial Analysis from 2014-2016. In 2015, she joined Deloitte as an MBA summer associate, where she gained valuable experience in strategic consulting and financial analysis.
Prior to founding C² Ventures, Ciara held various executive positions across several multinational consulting companies, including Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte Consulting, and Ernst & Young. During this time, she advised banking and capital markets groups for 15 major banks and performed investment analytics to support clients with billions of dollars of AUM, including hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment management corporations.
In 2015, Ciara joined Huobi Global, a world-leading crypto exchange, where she eventually became the head of listings and blockchain investments. As Vice President of Huobi Group, she built the global business development and partnership department for the company and led global markets, institutional business unit, blockchain project listings, incubation and investments.
