XRP Eyes $2.10 as Bullish Flag Signals a Potential Breakout

XRP has gained nearly 3% in the past 24 hours as the crypto market consolidates after its late-August rally.
Macro uncertainty remains a concern, with the odds of a September rate hike rising to 60%. However, investor sentiment remains strong, with the Crypto Fear and Greed Index at 72, signaling “Greed.”
For XRP, continued market optimism could support further upside, but rising rate expectations may keep volatility elevated.

Meanwhile, XRP-linked ETFs recorded $13 million in net inflows at the start of the month, averaging about $3.3 million per day. If this pace continues, monthly inflows could reach roughly $60–$70 million, more than 50% below the previous month.
Still, it’s too early to draw firm conclusions. Market sentiment could shift quickly following the Federal Reserve’s September 16 rate decision and the comments from its chair, Kevin Warsh.
Active Addresses Anticipate a Big Price Move Ahead for XRP
On-chain data shows that XRP Ledger active addresses surged in late August before gradually falling back as trading activity returned to normal.

However, the 7-day moving average crossed above the 30-day average, a signal that has historically preceded significant XRP price moves in either direction.
This crossover isn’t inherently bullish or bearish, but it could signal the start of a new trend. Given the strong uptrend that preceded the activity spike, another move higher remains a possibility.
Interestingly, the same signal appeared in August 2026. While XRP initially dropped, the indicator ultimately preceded the sharp late-August rally.
XRP Eyes Move to $2.10 If This Key Resistance Is Broken
On the daily chart, XRP has formed a bullish flag, a common continuation pattern that often develops after a strong rally.

The downward-sloping flag suggests profit-taking from early buyers, while weaker buying activity during the pullback could leave room for another move higher.
A breakout above the $1.50 resistance would confirm the setup and could put XRP back on track toward the earlier $1.80 target. Based on the flag’s pole, the broader upside target stands near $2.10, representing roughly 48% potential upside over the coming weeks.
